Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?

During the official dates of the program, expenses associated with overnight accommodations, and sponsored meals and activities will be covered for you. Incidental charges (i.e., meals not listed on the official program, room service, dry cleaning, phone calls, faxes, business center charges, etc.) incurred during your stay will be at your own expense.
